# Multiple Draft TempBots in dashboard list
## If your session times out within the canvas and you have not yet clicked Save Draft, a new TempBot will be created to save your place.
As a citizen developer, you may notice a series of bots with the name TempBot\* in Draft status:
While developing your bot, the canvas attempts to AutoSave any changes you make. The "Save Draft" button in the upper-right ensures the entire instance of your bot is updated, including not just the canvas details but also the bot metadata.
However, if your session times out within the canvas and you have not yet clicked Save Draft, a new TempBot will be created to save your place. Think of this as a backup of your changes.
If these TempBots are no longer needed, it is safe to delete them to keep your bot directory clean.
